Instructions
Preperation
  1. Dice celery stick into 1/8 inch pieces.
  2. Chop cives into small 1/8 inch pieces
  3. Open but do not drain Albacore tuna and place and add to a large mixing bowl. Stir and sperate tuna with a fork.
Mixture
  1. Add black pepper, dried oregano, celery, chives, sea salt, amd mustard and mix well with tuna.
  2. Add MCT-8 and avocado Mayo and mix well.
  3. Fisnish with mustard, sriacha, and half the brazil nuts.
Serving
  1. Slice the pickle lenghtwise and carve out a modest amount of the guts to make a hoding area for the the mixture.
  2. Add a generous heaping portion of tuna to the pickle boats and sprinkle the remaining brazil nuts over the top and enjoy.
