  1. Use a glass jar of your favorite nut butter with approximately 1/4 cup of remnants left in the jar for your container. Add MCT-8 oil and mix together in the jar to make a moist gel.
  2. Use a glass jar of your favorite nut butter with approximately 1/4 cup of remnants left in the jar for your container. Add MCT-8 oil and mix together in the jar to make a moist gel.
  3. In a sauce pan, glass bowl, or measuring cup melt Coconut Oil and Ghee and Organic Brazil nut butter and fold togther. Pour slowly into your jar.
  4. Slowly add your cocoa powder as it will try and escpape in a puff of coacoa dust if added too quickly. You can also add baking cocoa squares to the the previous step if you prefer. Add Vanilla extract and stir well.
  5. Fold toasted Brazil nuts and stir with a rubber spatula until mixture is all one cosistent color.
  6. Add Quest Nutrition MCT Oil Powder to adjust consistency.
  7. Place container in refrigerator to set up.
  8. Place on your favorite ecutramond and sprinkle with a pinch of Ava Jane’s Kitchen Colima Sea Salt
